We’re looking for a Community Manager with a deep interest in building a passionate and loyal fanbase around cross-chain liquidity. In this role, you will be responsible for being the external-facing point-of-contact for the Catalyst community on behalf of the Cata Labs team.

Catalyst's goal is to create an interconnected ecosystem where users can effortlessly access assets and applications across multiple chains, while also providing streamlined integration for developers to create new chains and connect them to existing networks.

The ideal candidate is crypto-native, has familiarity with the latest and greatest crypto projects and their communities, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to increase user adoption and drive brand awareness.
• Foster and nurture relationships with our community members, addressing their inquires and concerns promptly; hosting community calls, flaggings bugs in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Managing and curate content for our community channels to ensure a strong and active online presence (e.g., Discord, Telegram).
• Plan and execute virtual events, such as Town Halls, live streams, to educate and engagement our community members.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry, strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
• Proven track record in community within the tech or crypto space.
• Highly responsive on platforms used by our community and core team (e.g., Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc.)
• Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to present ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
