Catalyst is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Lead

Our mission is to eliminate barriers between blockchains, fostering free trade and endless opportunities in the decentralized landscape.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with a deep interest in building a passionate and loyal fanbase around cross-chain liquidity. In this role, you will be responsible for being the external-facing point-of-contact for the Catalyst community on behalf of the Cata Labs team.

The ideal candidate is crypto-native, has familiarity with the latest and greatest crypto projects and their communities, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting Catalyst’s market positioning and narrative within crypto and the cross-chain space.
• Managing Catalyst’s social and content channels (e.g., Twitter, blog).
• Fostering organic engagement (i.e., twitter thread contests, memes).
• Producing content that showcases Catalyst and its value proposition.
• Collaborating with Catalyst partners on co-marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry, strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
• Proven track record in marketing within the tech or crypto space.
• Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to present ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
